before i start wth the diary, let me brief u guys about the product. bukanlah nkpromote, x dpt komisyen pon. nuffnang pon aku xjoin. sekadar nk share the experience. bagus kalu aku puji, hampeh kalu aku keji hehehe. (bak kata housemate -- "bolehla awk jadi tikus putih kitorg" cess)
shape plus
1 kotak=10 sachets (ok gmbar curik, tp sama jela kn). |
cara: bancuh dgn 200ml air; minum
rasa: sedap. mcm green apple juice.
Eve fiber
1kotak=15sachets (juga gmbar curik, yg penting duit utk beli tu bkn duit curik ok) |
cara: bancuh dgn 200-250ml air; minum 1kali sehari (waktu perut kosong -- pas bgn tidur b4 gosok gigi ATAU sebelum tidur
rasa: first impression = uwekk. semalam dah bancuh tu tak terus minum (iron baju etc -- dlm stengah jam). it was a mistake -- dia punya fiber tuh da mngembang mcm thick jelly yg tasteless. terseksa mnelan tp sbb xnk buang duit telankan jelee. so nxt time i'll consume it just after mixing it with water.

p/s : aku ingat shape plus tu amek 2 kali sehari, rupanya max. 2kali sehari, tp sekali sehari dh cukup.
dan eve plus tuh sekotak ada 15 sachs. dan rasanya masih aku xdapat terima. tpaksa habiskn sbb da beli.

So now its been 3 months... Got any changes? I just started 3 days ago..feeling thirsty all the time and sleepy too. Did you lose any weight?
oh, I stopped using the product after 1 month or less. coz i came across this healthy diet that guides what to eat for every meal. tak perlu include the drinks lah when we have the correct portion AND amount of food. and i started exercising of course. like 5 - 6 times a week, minimum 45mins every time.
aiyyo i think i should write another entry for this.
but in short, FOR ME, i dont find shape plus is as effective as being hyped about.

and....plenty of plain water. 1 liter = 25 kg of ur weight. google sndiri lah kalau nktau kebaikan dan kepentingan minum ayaq byk. make it plain sbb taknak excessive sugar yang akan mengekalkan kegemukan anda hahaha
