Triffle (pudding - jelly)

i was responsible to take care of the Makan Beradap's desserts on my cousin's wedding. it had been quite a sometime that i made triffle before (duh, like - last year's Eid kot) so i had to Google the recipe once again. after a few recipes 'mix and match', the outcome was quite overwhelming (praises, recipe inquiries kekeke). so better to jot down before the memory lapse once again, aite?

ni lah ropenye triffle yg simple itew

Ingredients
Bekas triffle:
Bekas kaca lutsinar besar atau 10 dessert cups
Custard pudding:
400ml susu sejat/evaporated milk/creamer (1 tin)
400ml air (guna tin susu tadi)
8 sudu besar gula (xkesah: kasar/halus/kastor)
2 kuning telur
4 sudu besar tepung kastard
secubit garam (untuk rasa lemak2, siyes)
1 1/2 sudu besar esen vanilla
Crystal Jelly:
sekotak serbuk jelly kristal perisa strawberi (Nona's/Konyaku's)
1 sudu besar gula
2 gelas air
pewarna sirap/merah (aku letak cordial Roselle instead)
Untuk tabur-taburan:
roll cake atau sebarang kek yg ada
2 bekas kecil nata de coco
1 tin kecil fruit cocktail
whipping cream
1 tin besar slices of peaches
any striking colored fruits: strawberry / dragon fruit / kiwi / grapes

Steps:
1. Potong kek gulung dan letak di dasar bekas triffle
2. Basahkan kek dengan air nata de coco atau air fruit coctail (used nata de coco mango flavored - syedap)

3. Custard pudding:
---Sediakan periuk kecil
---Masukkan semua bahan kecuali esen vanilla, pukul sampai adunan berbuih tanpa api
---Pastu baru letak atas dapur. Panaskan dengan api perlahan dalam 1/2 jam kot, sentiasa kacau
---Dah pekat, biar sejuk sebentar
---Tuang atas kek yang dibasahkan tadi
---Tunggu dalam 10minit

4. Masukkan nata de coco/fruit coctail
---Biar dalam peti sejuk lebih kurang 15-30minit


5. Jelly:
---Campur semua bahan, kacau atas api perlahan sampai gula hancur & adunan likat
---Bila jelly dah suam-suam kuku, tuang atas nata/cocktail tadi
---Biar dalam peti sejuk semalaman

6. esoknya, press the whipping cream ('press' as i used the one for Milo shake tu) [ini optional]
7. Hias dengan buah2 pilihan - peaches, strawberries, dragon fruit, grapes, kiwis, or even dried fruits.
....(can u believe it there're no strawberries in tesco&carrefour at that time?licin ok kt rak dia. nmpak lak dragon fruits, so amik try sat sbb warnanya yg menyerlah itu)...

hasilnya:

satu ja triffle yg sempat diabadikan sblm dibaham
